There is no doubt that technological disruptions have digitized dispute resolution processes. Like many professions, arbitrators, mediators, adjudicators and conciliators alike have had to make the shift to virtual or hybrid proceedings. This has included the use of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) in ADR processes, as well as embracing new developments in the application of Artificial Intelligence Based Arbitrator Robots (ArBots).
