Advocates Professional Mediation Training Programme

The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) has noted recent discussions regarding the quality of services offered under the Court-Annexed Mediation (CAM) framework. In response, the Society has undertaken initiatives aimed at enhancing the capacity of advocates in mediation practice and increasing the number of Accredited Advocate Mediators across the country.

Accordingly, the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) – Kenya and the Promise of Leadership Institute (PLI), have organized a 40- hour Mediation Training Program, exclusive for advocates.
